The baseline conditions of life are difficult.

"Life will Hurt you."

The truth is, your life will be full of pain and suffering.

A never-ending Trials and Tribulations.

Depression.

Addiction.

Loss of a Child.

PTSD.

Buried in Debt.

Psychosis.

Chronic untreatable pain.

You can either lift up a cross, or have one dropped on you.

There is No non-cross option.

But…

Why?

Why does reality have an adversarial nature?

Why would God set something on you?

Imagine.

You have to teach Math to a 5-year-old for the first time.

So you try to teach him how to count using his fingers.

Maybe analogies, one apple added with another apple makes two apples.

But how would you know if he really understand the lesson?

You give him a "Problem".

1+1=???

You provide a question mark. And slowly… With patience, he learns.

Then he'll have to up his game to level up.

You give him more complicated problems.

Eventually, you'll reach a certain point where the problem you gave him might seem "impossible" for him.

8+34=???

It's hard, at least for him.

You have to understand, from his perspective, he really believes it's impossible to solve this ridiculous problem.

He might cry, or throw tantrums, or whatever.

Or maybe in metaphor. Cry out, "Eli, Eli, lama sabachtani".

Then the question pops up "Isn't that cruel?"

The answer is,
"NOT if the one who put that problem on you believes that you could win".

Hyper-Masculine Men desires are quite simple.

Unlimited Money.

Beautiful Women.

Status.

Power.

Bravery. Discipline. Stoic.

Six-pack and shredded physique.

There's one answer to attain this desires.

"Proactively put yourself in Pain and Suffering every fucking day, for years."

Tough it and WIN.

Through overcoming and processing Difficulties, a boy turns into a man.

Great men we're built from trials and tribulations, all of them are.

You admire their character.

To attain Bravery, Wisdom, and be Stoic, you must forge yourself in the fires of Hell.

Stoicism won't be learned by reading books, thinking about it, or watching motivational reels.

It will ONLY be learned by having such a fucked up life, with lots of ups and down, for fucking years, to the point where you just don't care anymore.

To the point where you obtain the thing we aspirers call,

"the calmness in your eyes, when everything around you, and everything inside of you, is broken.

The paradox is so fucking beautiful once you realize it.

That everything "good" in your life, will come from the so called "darkness".

Building bigger muscles requires you to first destroy it in the gym.
The greatest lessons in your life will come from the experiences where you thought it's fucking impossible to go through.

Batman is Batman because they killed his parents.
For the sins of mankind to be forgiven, Christ himself, the son of God, went through Crucifixion.
A great cost to a great life.

My advice is.

Proactively put yourself in Difficult situations.

Take on more responsibility.

Lean against your fears (it makes you sharper). .

A man is someone who faces the brutal realities of life,

then acts on it regardless of how he feels.

FIND A DIFFICULT THING, which you love, and have a natural talent at.

Master the shit out of it until you become the best in the world at it.

Then, use this undeniable skill to contribute massively to the world.

It's the only way to fill the void.

And along the way to the top reframe every "bad" things that happens to you as good.

To think,
"God wants me to learn something from this, and I'm gonna learn through excruciating pain and suffering".

"Pain and Suffering did nothing to me but made me Braver, Stronger, Wiser, more Resilient, Stoic."

"Truly, God wants me to understand that Darkness, confronted and processed is the ONLY thing that will bring out the Light."

Pure light were made in the depths of hell.

If you've never known the great sorrow, you can never know the great joy.
For it is the measure between sorrow and joy where we measure happiness.

To learn things you have to suffer.
You'll only understand that a knife is dangerous when you accidentally got cut deep.
It hurts, and only then you Truly learned that a knife is not to play with.

Growth only comes from difficulties.

Keep going.
One day, you'll realize.
"Every bullshit thrown at me made me way Stronger and Wiser than I've ever been."

My aikido has improved.
I'm better in aikido than I've ever been.
I'm better in aikido than I've ever been.

The light you discover in your life is directly proportionate to the darkness you're willing to confront voluntarily.

Without darkness, you'll never reach the highest levels of consciousness.

13 years in the Château d'If, then the world is ours.
